Celebrating 40 Years
Welcome to the 40th anniversary celebration of Paal Kit Homes.
With justifiable pride, Paal can look back on four decades of continuous
service to the owner-builders of Australia. We began in 1970, operating
from a disused dairy shed, supplying garages and holiday homes to our
early customers. Back then there was little inkling of the much larger
demand that we would soon be responding to.
Those buildings gave way to bigger homes, and eventually to the extensive
range of designs and styles that now make up the Paal catalogue of
quality kit homes.
All the way, our unique point of difference has been the steel-framed
modular construction method that makes our homes so straightforward
and economical to assemble – together with comprehensive instructions
and total customer support that ensure you are never left on your own.
We’re been heartened and encouraged by the thousands of successful
projects that Paal owner-builders have completed – and by the fact that
they have collectively saved themselves millions of dollars in construction
costs.
Meanwhile, we’ve always responded to what our customers wanted, while
keeping up with the latest developments in house design. Many of these
innovations have been successfully incorporated into our homes.
The last 40 years have been an exciting journey and we look forward to
continuing it with you.
